What is the Theraflex RX TMJ return policy?

A customer may return an item to us for any reason within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the item.

The makers of Thereaflex RX want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, send it back within 30 days of receipt for exchange or full refund of the purchase price, less s/h fee.

How do I return an item?

Simply fill out the Return Form, include it in the package and mail unused product via USPS (United States Post Office) to:

How do I ship back an item?

Take your package to any Post Office and simply mail it back to us via First Class Mail. For your added protection, request delivery confirmation, so you can track it, and confirm we received it.

Since all orders are via Paypal, upon receipt, we will immediately issue a Paypal refund to you. Please remember that Paypal only allows us to refund without incurring additional Paypal charges within 45 days purchase! If you contact us after this time period, the paypal refund charge will be deducted from monies due you.
